Single vineyard estate grown at an elevation of 650 m. These grapes are grown on the dry hillside of our Creston Valley Vineyard. We have two different parcels of Gewurztraminer producing a complexity of flavours. The 2019 growing season lasted long into the fall to allow us to pick at exceptional flavour ripeness.
Hand harvested fruit was destemmed, crushed and left for one day of skin contact before being pressed off, cold settled and fermented in a single batch. Fermentation took place in a stainless-steel tank and was kept at a cool temperature to retain the primary fruit profile of the wine.
An expressive aromatic wine with exotic spice, apricot and pineapple. A rich palate with great balance displaying notes of Turkish delight, lychee, and ginger.
