The 2017 Récolte Blanche is a luminous straw with a green hue and a nose of lifted focused peach, stone fruit and white flowers. The rich textural palate with a long finish of sweetness and zesty acidity. Fresh and fruit forward.
Fruit: A fresh blend of Pinot Gris, Schoenburger, Kerner and Gewürztraminer.

Vineyard: Harvested from a combination of our estate grown wine and our grower block in Keremeos BC.
Harvest Data: Fruit was harvested at optimum flavour and ripeness. All the grapes used for this wine were grown using sustainable practices.
Vinification: Hand harvested fruit destemmed and then gently pressed off. Fermented with Alsatian isolates at cool temperatures to retain as much primary flavour as possible. The wine has been sterile filtered and estate bottled.
Wood Percentage: No oak use on this wine
